TAKS, TAKS, TAKS....

I don't think that the TAKS is the best way to see how much a student learns or how well a teacher teaches,but I can't think of another way. One reason I think that the TAKS doesn't show how well a teacher can teach is that some students don't care. Another reason is that just because a student passes the TAKS, it doesn't automatically mean that a teacher can teach well.
